About George

George’s passion for light and lines goes back to his earliest childhood where he would paint sunsets at the bottom of the garden of his family home on Sark in the Channel Islands.

An adventurous life lead to being accepted to study Architecture in Cape Town before deciding there was more to life and the the world, an instead spent 9 years riding around the world by motorcycle, eventually traveling over 250’000km and making a complete loop of the planet, before settling in Nelson, New Zealand, his favourite place.

Now as an established Photographer of Architecture having been schooled by Simon Devitt, brings his two passions of photography and architecture together.
